Ok first off that multi coloured text is extremely hard to read.
It’s an SPAA which is the problem, as its basically worthless in that role. I am actually in favor of giving it HE-VT like the Chinese one and moving it to 8.0, but that would be a completely ahistorical solution.
As long as this is applied to all auto cannon SPAAs with APHE (including the Gepards/XM246s API-T, which incidentally has almost double the TNT equivalent of the ZSUs 57mm rounds) as well.

You can suggest nerfs in the BR thread to, just FYI, for example:
ZSU-57-2: 7.0 > 7.0 remove APHE
Alternately: 7.0> 8.0 add HE-VT
Reason: It’s tank killing capabilities far outstrip its abilities as an SPAA.
