Well 20 million SL later after attempting to roll the Soviet p-63a-10, the literal only thing I don’t have in the chest i got a grand total of zilch. i rolled an Insta-redeemed Bussard, a boat I have had since 2021, so all in all, I just have a pile of boosters to now burn through and backups. I dont know why i bother. They really should group all the vehicles into a single drop pool, with the is-7 seperate if they want to keep it rare, as i must have put 100 million sl into these crates in an attempt to get the two soviet air cobras in them over the years they have been doing this and still have zilch to show for it.
its just a shame, as for a collector this is simply a sl burn with a pile of 3 day to use boosters and more backup vehicle vouchers than i will ever use.

I have suggested it every time it rolls around, but they don’t seem to care, it would be a massive quality of life thing, and wouldn’t affect the market either, so i am not sure why they don’t implement it, as it already exists for stuff like the decals and decorations in this very box.

Basically how i feel, i have a minute chance to get the two items i actually want in these boxes, and when i get something else with the same minuscule drop rate it just feels like being spat in the face.
I have always been on top of events so i literally have everything but the P-63A-10 and C-5, but due to the law of odds it is increasingly likely that i will never get them based on how the drop rate works, which is a shame, as you would have thought dropping 100 million sl over the last few years would have been enough to get something like that, seeing as its the same amount as paying for say the Israel air tech tree XD

The expiration on them is the biggest issue with the boosters IMO, if you get 100 of them from 200 boxes you have to burn through them fast.

ETA: Got another million SL for Buccaneer S.1 that I already have (as well as P-59A previously the same)
So far I’m about 7 million “down” after getting those 2 millions, various smaller SL rewards (incl 100k for a decoration I already had too!), and playing the SL bonuses on my games all day.

I agree that something has to be done about duplicates. I got two dupes myself and the 1 mill SL did not really make a difference.
In my opinion, if you get a dupe, you can immediately pick another vehicle from the box. No RNG that time. I won two more vehicles, so it should only be fair for me to get two more vehicles.
Also, I am wondering if those boxes are gimped. Do the vehicles really all have the same odds aside from the IS-7? Because I have seen plenty of P-59A winners but not a single Ka-Chi winner. Also I saw a player on this very thread who received the exact same vehicle drops as me, even in the same Order. Very strange coincedence if you ask me.

@Stona_WT please forward to Gaijin that the lootboxes, especially in their current form, are insufficient as a Rerun measure for previous Event Vehicles and cannot compensate the lack of a dedicated Rerun Event with guaranteed rewards. The duplicate issue needs to be addressed because 1 Million SL is not acceptable as it stands. We won vehicles and should get vehicles. Please tell Gaijin to fix this so we either cannot get Dupes, or even better, let players select a guaranteed vehicle of their own choice as compensation, maybe in exchange for the 1 million SL, or on top of it. Because as I see it, your RNG mechanics failed, so the player should be eligible to a vehicle of their own choice.
Also, I dissapprove of the deceptive 10 Box limit and that the SL is hard to see in the top right of the Screen. Those Lootboxes are already controversial from a legal point if view and even banned in some countries, so if Gaijin does not intend to introduce a dedicated Rerun Event with guaranteed rewards any time soon, then they need to be fairer and less deceptive with the boxes.

Buying SL also needs to be reworked, 1.3 million for 3000 GE is not good. How about something like 10 Million for a fair price? More money for Gaijin, more quick SL for the Player. Win-Win situation.
I mean, i think thats the point.
Drain the player of SL via gambling. Frustrate them to a point where they spend money.
Still, if a vehicle drops, which is already rare, then that vehicle should actually be usable.
