In case you guys missed the TUSK patch notes,
The T114 light tank, with the sacrifice/nerf of having its total 106mm ammunition of 26 shells now reduced to 20.
It got:
- Total weight and mass reduced from 9 tons to 6.6 tons
- Max speed has been increased from 57 km/h to 59 km/h
(feels like it definitely has better acceleration and mobility in test drive than the previous update)
- A third crew member has been added with the commander inside the T114’s turret
(no more immediate death for the T114 if only one crew member dies and also the commander can take over for the gunner)
- Vertical guidance angles have been increased from -8°/+8° to -10°/+20°
(HOLY MOLY hill battles we are so back)
- Internal armour between the engine and fighting compartments has been added
(even more survivability lol)
- Coaxial .50 cal machine gun ammo has been increased from 120 to 160 rounds
(more ammo to use the .50 cal to range and spot tanks with)
I don’t think I’ve ever seen this many buffs before for a single vehicle in a major update lol.
Do you guys think it’s still going to stay at 7.7 or go up to 8.0 BR?

I have played a handful of matches with it since update, I like the changes heh. I always thought that its restricted gun depression+elevation didn’t make sense. 10/10 will rat again 🐀🐀🐀

SO! First off, I am EXTREMELY biased towards light tanks. I play light tanks 95%+ of the time. Having giving that disclaimer, this thing is a very fun light tank. It is TINY, can fit into/through small spaces, hide all over the place. A true 🐀 tonk. IF you enjoy light tanks, then I say yes. IF you do NOT like light tanks, if you do NOT enjoy having “zero” armor, then I would say pass on it. Depends on what play-style you enjoy 🙂
As always, I would definitely suggest taking it into a test drive to see what you think.
