Improvement when they keep adding more and more broken vehicles or missiles to mainly one nation, hilarious.
depends on which ones, im not gonna lob them all into the same boat. Yes theres people like MatAWG or TEC that create 10+ min slop over one small change and they deserve to be criticized obviously. But theres a lot of other CCs that dont.
this is debatable. Looking at steam charts the last 3 years weve seen about the same peaks and lows. I would not say the game has grown, in my opinion it is stagnating massively and gaijin is trying to fix it by adding more shiny tanks or planes or infantry.
I personally liked the infantry mode but lets not kid ourselves, they could have put their energy towards better things like what people have been asking about instead of another game mode that will drain their resources away from already existing ones.
this is pointless, noone was saying you did. You are however defending something that shouldnt be defended by reasonable people.
like i said above, they arent doing it out of the goodness of their heart, there is a financial incentive behind things like the infantry mode.
Nuclear Thunder on release was a breath of fresh air, and by the end of the april fools event they manage to make it a chore to play. It was even worse now on the dev server.
This perfectly encapsulates the devs inability to listen to the community.
We have said all the way in april that the amount of SPAAs and the fact the SPAAs like OSAs have perfect aim and fire on the move is making the mode worse. Instead they didnt change anything significantly to make a difference, they nerfed the score gain from doing CAP or dogfighting without even making SEAD good.

I think they should add a strategic bombing mode so bombers have something to do past 8.0 or at least incentivize fighter support for bomebrs/ strike aircraft I have recently been playing through the American air tree, and I can say if there was a mode where bombers were the main focus, I would have a blast. With my friends as my fighter support/escort i found that it was incredibly engaging and reasonable to grind. i understand this is strictly my opinion but again, more modes would be nice for strike aircraft so ground RB players don’t have to deal with constant AGM spam (sorry, I’m one of those players )

or do what people were telling them to do literally all the way in 2021… ADD MORE BASES TO AIR RB SO PEOPLE DONT FIGHT AND TEAMKILL OVER THEM.
Idk if im the only one that still remembers when they made some mistake and made bases respawn after 30 seconds. That has been probably the best time to play strike aircrafts like A10s and frogfoots, planes that dont get to the base fast enough to get the RP while more than capable A2A planes like Mig21s and F5A/Cs and such bring bombs instead of missiles.
There wasnt any infighting in the teams over who gets the bases, no teamkilling to secure the morsel of RP you get from destrong a base. People dropped their bombs and then engaged with the mode, everyone has gotten something out of it, the fast planes and the slow planes. It was good be it unintended bug.
Gaijin took it away despite massive support from the community to keep it the way it is.

Also maybe, just maybe, if you have like 300 hours in the game you shouldnt argue with people that have unfortunately spent a lot more of their life in this and have seen a lot of bs from gaijin over the years.

I only recently started playing. I have almost all the China Air Tree(I don’t have most of the H series strike aircraft) and up to the F-15E on US, and I literally just stopped playing top tier after spadeing the top-tier aircraft because there was literally no skill or strategy. Yes, I can go to 30K feet, spam 8 C-5s, and get 3 kills, but it’s actually so boring. And most of the time I’m killing other strike Eagles trying to do what it’s made to do: hit ground targets. Air RB is just dead and mindless missile spam. I’ve had more fun in simulator battles, but the SL gain vs. time spent is tragic

ARB is in its current iteration past like 12.0 just fundamentally broken.
Especially top tier with the amount of missiles a plane can carry at the size of map we have ingame for 32 players makes no sense.
Not only do you run into the issue that even if you kill 2-3 people on your own youve not exactly done much of a difference, its also problematic because of how gaijins rendering system works.
A far better and more managable way to go about it is that past 12.3 BR the teams are reduced to either 8v8 or 6v6, plus the mode should have no bases in it and be based mainly around air to air combat. That way getting a kill or two has tangible consequences instead of what it is now and you dont run into the issue of getting someone in something like a typhoon bombing bases and not helping the team. You can get 7 kills in ARB and your team can still just drop the ball because they are flying from airfield to base in their premium Su30MK2.
And the rendering for ARB just has to be redesigned. Enemy plane popping into existence 3km away from you and firing missiles when youre in no escape zone is simply bad game design.
