They lack air-to-ground or air-to-air weaponry and have very weak airframes in both speed and maneuverability. Their main aircraft, especially the Q-5L and A-5C, are a bit too tall for what they offer
The Q-5 early maneuverability its all right for its role I’ve been using it lately in GRB and is noticeable more agile than the rest of the series, if you keep the plane under 1000 km/h during attack runs the agility is not so much of an issue anymore, but still the Q-5 series are just very limited in game and none of the submitted reports have made it to the game either, recently I submitted a report for the 57mm rocket pod for the Q-5A and Early but is been years that the aircraft have been in the state they are and I don’t have hope that they will fix the series in general is ridiculous that the Q-5A can’t carry 500kg bombs and is missing 500kg in bomb capacity on the wings but oh well about the AAMs I don’t know what to tell you is been mentioned in videos, books and blogs but the most important thing is missing which is a picture and unless somehow a picture of a Q-5(not A-5) equipped with missiles emerges I don’t think they would change anything
Do you have a picture source?
It would be even better if there could be an accurate model of guided bomb
But if it’s KAB-500L or S, it’s completely unnecessary
Unfortunately I can’t remember where I got this picture from. It was in my phone for quite some time.
But I think it was a old chinese blogspot where I saw this picture.
Currently, it is known that only Q5F carries TL10A
Q5F is the guided bomb guidance aircraft of Q5E, and also has the ability to carry guided weapons on its own
