I think the A-10/Su-25 should be placed at 10.7 in Air RB to not be able to face flareless subsonics. At a full downtier, those two should either face flareless supersonics (ie F-104A/C, MiG-21S) because they have that performance gap that allows them to maintain distance and control the fight, or subsonics with flares (Hunter Mk.58, A-4N Ayit) because they can at least realistically counter all-aspect missiles.

That’s a good idea. I also think that simply restricting the uptier/downtier bracket to only 0.7 would fix this issue as well
