So, I’m a serious player (Hate Stats) when it comes to tanks, so, I was looking into what I put into this game US Dollars that is. And I come to the conclusion that as much fun I do have when the game actually works without all the bugs I can’t see myself spending anymore till issues are fixed. Yes, I’m a premium account holder and buy a lot of gold and premium tanks but now with these constant issues with the Gaijin Marketplace, bs rounds disappearing and many other not worth my cash anymore till things are fixed. I spent 790.76 US July and 616.97 US in June, that should tell you (I"m a Fool) but that I really enjoy the game but with all this bs not anymore! So, i guess I’ll take my cash and spend it elsewhere and I know this topic will be censored that’s how they do! But if you want, let me know what those who play on average pay to enjoy a game that is not being fixed or listen to by the players.
I have seen so many paragraphs like this one on the cbr… Never gets old
😂🤣
Personally I spend about more than $500 total here but I can’t enjoy.
Currently this game is not like “pay to win” but more likely “pay to play”. Without prem account and vehicle the grind and SL balance is unbearably long and deseperate. It’s just like, Gaijin is master they treat players like slave.
Let me tell a joke here: War Thunder is a “Free to Play” game.
I used to enjoy the game and mostly I like a lot of the premium stuff but like you, lately it’s becoming less fun and no matter what anyone says the only way Gaijin will ever listen is if the premium account holders and those who spend money stops spending. Then and only then once they see that the big spenders are going to go elsewhere then they’ll listen more intentively
Dude, bugs are constantly fixed, and if you never play an air game that has bugs you’ll never play air games. Same with tank games.
I enjoy WT because there are constant fixes & the dev listens to effective accurate feedback while incentivizing competitors to improve themselves.
Well, that’s you, if you are satisfied with that and the way Gaijin treats its players, which it seems you do, then fine, but the rest of us are tired of the more we pay they still don’t listen. The game can be fun, but it is losing its momentum with a lot of players and if you cannot see that then get glasses. Just look at the poor reviews this month on Steam, Reddit, Discord, Twitch and YouTube. And last month and the month ago the reviews were light compared to this month. But this topic is mainly why a player who spends so much money monthly has to put up with the Gaijin BS and when you purchase something then you better get it and it better work all the time not just when a server wants it too. You figure with individuals like me threatening to leave or spend mu US Dollar elsewhere they would get off their behinds and fix the issues now not a decade down the road. Premium players are truly how they make their money, and those premium players usually spend more money than any other player namely the freebies, so, listen up Gaijin not a US Dollar more!
How is listening “not listening”?
Poor reviews are from people who had their wishes granted.
People complain about problems that stopped existing. Potentially lying.
And days aren’t even years let alone decades.
Do I understand that correctly you spent 1400$ in two months??? What did you buy? All premium vehicles? Or did you GE’d your way to top tier?
All of the 3 people who commented prior to this comment including yourself? You are in the minority with your comments and you speak for yourself, never forget that
Bugs are constantly fixed yet there are some in game from 2017. :)
Same with tank games.
I’m not stupid enough to mention the game, but you know that other game is not buggy.
Basically, I threw my money away with Gaijin Coin and when the summer sale came along, I went way overboard. It is my bad, but still, if I buy premium tanks or stuff from Gaijin Marketplace like the authors camo, they need to work all the time. But mostly this topic is just really about how Gaijin treats the players by giving them an inadequate game with too many issues and when one asks for changes they are ignored or never answered. But yes, I’m foolish to pay for that much every month and that’s on me, but still, if someone enjoys the game and that’s the only game, they play then spending money on it to have fun then that’s ok. But over time, having things you purchase not work correctly, and Gaijin has the money to fix it, then it starts to become less fun and maybe it’s time to move on. I am a collector of sorts, been in the military, so these tanks are the only connection to that past life, and I was an Abrams Crewman, so, as you can see having that connection is why I’m foolish enough to spend wat too much!
I know they just nerf the rounds way too much! 😂 And their system is kinda faulty. Reason why I say that is because their system sometimes will detect false information.
I bet you are one of the sponsored gamers of Gaijin that’s why you defend them so much in their treatment of the players?
Minority? Only minority I’m in is the one’s that pay for a game that you expect to work and not be treated like you don’t matter when you want fixes! If the premium players are considered a minority, then Gaijin just needs to shut down because the free to play individuals aren’t contributing and they are usually the casual players who aren’t serious about the game. You would think Gaijin would listen more to the premium players about changes, but they don’t. A game starts to become less fun when there are bugs that need to be fixed and you submit a report, but nothing is ever done, and I submitted reports well over a year and the fixes never happen. Seems the devs, usually sponsored by Gaijin to get others to play, are the only ones that Gaijin is concerned.
I’ve myself spent more than 2000 dollars on this game, and I’ve spent 1800+ hours on Warthunder. Just wanted to let you know that.
I mean its your money so its no my bussiness. But spending 1400$ in two months in videogame is alarming . No matter how much you like the game or if its only game you play.
I’ve spent 300€ in the last 5 years. Mostly buying GE for yearly premium account when its on sale. And some packs in sale. I mostly buy stuff during Birthday Sale in October.
Alarming, more like foolish, but when you got way too much time on your hand and you enjoy the game, to a point, then why not. Only thing I really do, I’m a Disabled Vet, so not much else to do. But yes, everyone spends way too much on a game that has no return value, and the creators treat players like they were nothing. That’s why I refuse to spend anymore and once my premium account runs out, I’ll play for free like everyone else and skip the extras.
It has return value but not 1400$ return.
