They say you get a vehicle every 15-20 million SL on average… I have 25 million SL… should I spend them…

Nope. I’ve spent in excess of 40 million in the past, no vehicle drop. Boosters, wagers and several 1 million returns and that’s about it.
And even if you pull a vehicle you cannot sell, you cannot be sure if it will be worth anything to you, fit the lineup you use and so on…
Yes, until this rule applies. I am pretty sure, Gaijin will change this to more random in future.

Last event i spend 80 millions and got only 2 vehicles. But now 2 vehicles for around 10 millions.

for 80 millions the German Hawk H-75 on account, the second i don’t’ remember, maybe a duplicate.
Now Obj. 292 on account and a coupon for the i-180s.

Weird, according to the table ive mad during last summer run you shouldve gotten at least one vehicle by now.

For two different loot box events I believe, not in one shot so it’s 20mil each one. No wonder no drops. I should say “lifetime” instead
I believe the numbers “carry over” but i dont have solid evidence for that yet beside all those lucky “early drops” I had in the winter and this run.
