I do not understand, why so many people on the forum hate this sale by now tbh.
If you really want a pack then buy it without a sale.
A sale should not be something that is given to the community regularly.
Gaijin is still a company, that needs to earn money. Making the sale smaller is not the end of the world for Gaijin or the community.
I am happy about all vehicles being on sale at all at some point of the year.
Sure, the company could have been a bit more transparent about all of that.
But besides that I struggle to see the bad stuff here really.
It may be a shock at first. But people have always hated change.
Will xbox be getting this sale today as well? The article announcing the sales had all platform logos.

If people were waiting for a sale on a vehicle they wanted, they weren’t buying it full price in the first place and not putting it on sale just means they won’t buy it.

I look at them as nice little presents, that might save me a lot of money.

I’m not sure how you get to that conclusion, nobody ‘needs’ anything anyways if you want to go that route.
I wanted a vehicle, I was waiting on the sale, it’s not on sale, so now I won’t get the vehicle… this is Gaijin’s business approach as a company that ‘needs to earn money’, an overused excuse but alas, they lost my money so I don’t see how this benefits them.

If Gaijin were to make less money this way, they will return to the usual schedule next year.
People are also impatient. A premium F 14 coming in in March for example would only be on sale in December next year.
I do not think that many people will wait that long for a sale if they really want a premium F 14 .
We will see what is going to be more profitable next year then

First off all the new years sale is only once a YEAR
Second there are people that dont want to spend 70€ on Digital Pixels
Third their game nearly died this year so they should not piss off the comunity again

It benefits Gaijin by letting people wait.
Sales are nice but they also make stuff way cheaper.
So it is not a win win situation all the time

Guys I thought the discounts (50% for all ground vehicles) were valid until January 1 (like until the New Year) and only replenished my account today to find out that the discounts had already ended -_- . Maybe there is some way to extend the discounts for at least one day? I feel like complete loser.
They are virtual products that exist in infinite quantity and do not have any other expenses beyond initial production which they outsource to other companies in Russia for probably peanuts, they could sell them for $1 and they’d still make a profit.

They did not piss the community off.
You guys on the forum are the only people raging around wich is why I asked that question in the first place.
By this point it is only a bad thing for the mods wich have to endure those rage comments.
The devs will only see what changes in profits propably. And I do not see those profits decreasing any time soon with such a big community.
So after all, all you guys do is criticising a sale that almost no one has a problem with by now. It seems like this at least to me.
