Fox-2 slingers at ARH BRs must be used as sneak flankers, not as brawlers. Your job is to stay as hidden and undetected as possible. Only when the first major joust has ended, you have to turn to the enemy team and engage from above, not at their height.
Python 3s have quite good lock range at any aspect, unlike AIM-9s. You can mix height, speed and launch profile to shove Pythons to unaware people quite easily, even at 6km head on. Any F-14 player (even IRIAFs) are usually clueless and won’t even preemptively flare if you accidentally illuminate them with your radar.
Following the same principle as before, the thing slaps, at least from my experience on the TT Netz.

If you check the statshark stats for TT and premo, the premo netz performs measurably worse in all areas other than the expected sl and rp gain
And those python 3 may have good range but one flare or two or a missile burner lighting up view of its seeker and your kill is not happening.
I stand by what I said and my experience of it too.
Do I think it’s rubbish? No. Do I regret buying it? Not at all.
Do i recommend other spend their money on it? Not really, theres much more worthwhile premiums to buy on sale that’s worth it instead.
