Sorry, what I meant was the M1A1 AIM. I’ve been mixing up the M1A1 and M1A2 a lot lately.lol
Most likely next year
The unique Abrams in the American tech trees still exist.
They aren’t being removed just because China is getting a service vehicle.
Squadron vehicles also can’t be delisted like tech tree vehicles or premiums.
Squadron vehicles are more akin to event vehicles you can go for at any time.
On top of all this, Australia purchased M1A2s. So Britain can get an Australian M1A2 in the tech tree itself rather than being a squadron vehicle that they don’t need, or a premium they don’t need.
Logically the AIM’s should of been added to Britain from the start, previously all of the Australian tech went to Britain and this year Britain is eating good with content from Australia like the Hornets and Boxer.
Speaking of the Hornets I think it’s more than suitable to have a copy of the AIM’s especially now given above the Vickers is now a Commonwealth/export line.
You mean the Taiwan Subtree got the M1A2T? Also, the M1A2 Aims wasn’t made for the British; it was made in the United States and sent to Australia. The UK had no involvement in its development.
Taiwan isn’t a sub so you got that wrong from the start and two real world who made what for whom doesn’t matter anymore because guess what, War thunder is a game not IRL
Taiwan and China are both the main tree I guess.
And Australia is still no sub tree. Wouldn’t be suprised if they filled the commonwealth MBTs with Arjuns.
Australia is still a British realm, the English king is our king. All our other vehicles are in the UK TT, having one of our vehicles locked away from lineups in another TT is crap.
Well just that Gaijin doesn’t view separate governments of the same nation as separate which is why all the Germany’s are together and the newly upcoming Korea’s is together.
I don’t think it’s that deep. It’s more like “We’re Gaijin and today we decided to do this”.

hmm, thats a weird way to spell United kingdom, maybe it should be added to the US where its made…
Show me where gaijin says that a US made vehicle should always go to the US as a written rule ?
Because I would like to see that rule for myself
Japan produces the “F2” so thats why they have F16s which they never had. Thats why they have f16 block 20s
Same logic
17 (soon 18) Australian vehicles in WT, 16 (soon 17) in the British tree and 1 in the US tree.
Doesn’t matter what Gaijin says, if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck…
Just leave the US one as a squadron vehicle, and copy-paste it as a TT vehicle after the Vickers MBT 7. Done. Australian players are happy.
have you added the boxer in that?
18 then.
More to the point Australia and Canada need to each be consolidated into one TT instead of scattered all over the place.
Australia’s Boxers are built domestically in Queensland Australia
The reason why the Japanese have that F-16 is because it was advertised to them via a brochure and at that time not only subs were new but also it filled a hole where the Japanese lacked. So again show me that written rule where US exported vehicles must belong to the US at all cost, because I’ll be waiting.
The United States uses the AIM, On top of it being an American made upgrade package for an American tank.
The only thing that is Australian about it is the skin Gaijin chose.
And at the time of it being added it was the best M1 in the game.
The Americans don’t have the Centurions or Fireflies that they purchased and used yet, Why should you get their best tank?
Cool, change the skin to a USMC one then. Problem solved.
