the case of a Titan ICBM exists. an AIM-120 seeker also exists. but a Titan missile with AIM-120 seeker can’t? Where’s the logic in that?

Prove they’ve been combined. Until you do so, yes, it’s very logical that the MT variant does not exist, in fact that’s the default explanation, and you can cope all you want, but it will stay that way til ANY OF YOU can FINALLY prove that the MT variant exists.
