With the event in its final phase and 910 boxes opened, im still sitting at 2 vehicles. I think im done with this run. I have other projects to focus on.

After 500 rolls, addition of few decals and decorations, RNG seems to be on British mood for me.
Could still do another 500 rolls, but I’m saving the SL for next Chrismas/New year box with more planes that I’m interested in.
EDIT: Changed my mind and did another 200 rolls and ended up getting the Leopard C2A1, now rest of SL will be for Chrismas.

allright, i think im just about done with this run of SL lootboxes.
1015 of them opened, rewards remain the same at 2 ships.

man I just spent over a hundered dollars for ge hoping for the is7 and got nothing except a f14 iriaf
wait, as in buying SL with GE and rolling the crates in hopes of IS7?
To me this seems as a very bad investment. hehe
You are better off buying it from Gaijin market at that point.

Yeaaaaaaah definitely cheaper from the marketplace lol. The odds of getting the IS-7 from the crates is one in 100,000 ̶l̶i̶t̶e̶r̶a̶l̶l̶y̶ ̶1̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶a̶ ̶m̶i̶l̶l̶i̶o̶n̶ ̶(̶0̶.̶0̶0̶1̶%̶ ̶o̶d̶d̶s̶)̶. And that is still just the odds, you could open 10 million crates and still not see it. It is possible.

EDIT: Corrected math from @_Poul for 690,000 crates:
25,000 GE for $114 [$4.56 per 1,000 GE]
1.3 M SL for 3,000 GE [$13.68]
690,000 SL Crates (@ 60k SL ea) = 41,400,000,000 SL
41.4 Billion SL / 1.3 M SL [$13.68 ea] = 31,847 [batches of 1.3 M SL] =
$435,666.96 And that is just to get the “odds” of seeing the IS-7 drop to ~99.9%, but again you might not see it for many more crates than that, it still is not a guarantee.
Yeah, ~$2,000 for the IS-7 on the marketplace is SLIGHTLY less expensive 😂

That’s not correct. 0.001% odds means 1 in 100,000.
The formula for the chance of getting at least one drop after n tries is: P(at least one) = 1 – (1 – p)^n, where p is the probability of a single try.
In this case: p = 0.001% = 0.00001, n = 100,000, which gives P = ~63.2%.
So opening 100,000 crates with a 0.001% drop rate gives about a 63% chance of getting the item. To reach ~99.9% certainty, you would need around 690,000 tries.
