Amazing - the effect of these changes:
- Killing airfields was the sole purpose of flying bombers. The airfield as equivalent of a strategic target was until May 2020 the sole win condition for bombers.
- Killing the last 3 bases maps like Poland, Stalingrad or the 4 or 5 Frontline maps (which are very common in matches in the BR range 4.7 - 6.0 - so no "newbie battles) kills also the last option for tactical game play . The zero skill nonsense of bombing respawning bases since May 2020 was the result of gaijin being unable to introduce bases with dynamic base HPs - the F-4Es added in March 2020 ended matches in minutes.
- Replacing ai tanks with APCs kills the need for anything with high caliber rounds - so a lot of strike aircraft are then useless. Btw - mission score (and, ofc, SL & RP) for killing an IFV /APC is way lower than for an ai tank…
I really had hope that gaijin would alter their course and re-offer possibilities for all plane classes to contribute. Based on these addressed changes you need no strike fighters or bombers - a fighter can do it all and has a way better survival chance…

Where are my external fuel tanks for existing aircraft?
There have been many updates since we got a new batch of 10+ existing aircraft getting external fuel tanks.
At this point I’m expecting a huge update of like 50 - 120 aircraft getting external fuel tanks in a future update.

Idk if I’m mistaken but when I first tried the devserver for the Hornet’s Sting update all my progress on the live server was there and updated, but now I’m where I left it back on march, not with my current vehicles. Have I missed something about how the dev server works? :(

With the T90A and VT4 getting new spall liners, do you know if the Challenger 2 will be getting its spall liners corrected any time soon?
There have been several reports out for years to get them fixed, yet nothing

@Stona_WT Is the Oplot-P going to get a new model? Currently, it is a direct copy-paste of the Oplot-T. The Oplot-P in real life has a different armor layout and the Oplot-T still has some very minor differences from the Oplot-M which Pakistan actually did test.
