Bro, have you actually looked at the stats? The Buk has been spawned 1.8 million times and only got 1.5 million kills, while the CLAW is at 2.1 million spawns and 2.1 million kills, and the Manba is at 400k spawns and 400k kills. That just proves my point—the Buk is really bad, and after a while, barely anyone uses it. People are only excited when they first get it because they haven’t realized its flaws yet. You could even fire 4 missiles just to take down a single helicopter within 5km and still miss.
The real problem here isn’t the SPAA, it’s the helicopters

You want real Unobtanium? The Centurion Mk.2 which should have been a tech tree vehicle.
