Most likely its “40km launch distance against incoming, non evading target” as this is how most “missile ranges” are published for marketing/propaganda needs. Question is how fast this target is approaching and what altitude.
Closest to “info” would be Derby ER brochure for air to air work, stating 100km head on range "launching aircraft and target subsonic, at medium altitude. Its not a lot, but infinitely more accurate info than most missile information stating range: yes.
Hey Smin! Would you be able to comment on wether the I-Derby ER is still WIP or is this its final form?
WIP. None the less, please report anything you suspect to be incorrect.

The ER currently only has 8.5kN more thrust than the SR despite using a much newer and more advanced motor and it falls out of the sky at ~15km
Huh a three month old bug report for just for fixing number of listed fire directors fixed yet it’s th 2nd Anniversary of the addition of the Ocean Escort USS Dealey DE-1006 which has been plagued with the lack of usable GFCS that are even on the model on the ships superstructure… WHAT ARE THE DEVS PRIORITIES FOR FIRE DIRECTORS!! (sorry one for dramatic flair, yet a humble request this may finally get fixed).

@Smin1080p_WT Is the battle rating of 14.3 final for the F-16C Block 52? Because if it is, that is a huge mistake. This plane is way worse than a lot of 13.7’s. It has a worse engine, worse flight model, less countermeasures compared to the F-16C Block 50 and F-16I. Can we please get some more info on whats gonna be done with this plane? Are you guys thinking about giving it MAW, 360 Degree RWR or maybe even the triple rack AIM-120’s that are advertised for it.

Newer and advanced yes, but good luck proving it uses powdered unicorns as propellant. Same story as with WPU-16B motor used in AMRAAMs C5 onward.
No BTR-3 for Russia, I assume, because of Ukraine war?

Unfortunately, so far this has not been proven to exist outside of renders.
We welcome any additional information on them however.

How about fixing known faults then such as the Gripen E’s missing Chaff slaving to the MAWS? Which functions on all other platforms that should maintain this functionality. Especially given it is one of the most advanced defensive suites on the planet and should be able to discriminate threat types.

I wonder how can almost all NATO mbts get lift basket but chinese and soviets’ mbt never get these?(except VT5)
Leclerc and Type10 now get lift basket, why dont you add lift basket to T-80s/T-72s/T-90s?
Hey Smin, is the J15T’s engine complete, or is it still under development?

Go and look at the internals of those tanks. You’ll get why.

War Thunder devs have been known to add fictional stuff to vehicles for the sake of balance, like double R-77 racks on the SU-27SM, Flares for the American F-5C. I don’t really see a point in gatekeeping this from the Block 52 and making it the worst 14.3 plane in the game by far for the sake of trying to keep “realism” when this motto has been ignored in the past multiple times.

NATO MBT’s are far superior to Soviet/Chinese ones in this game, it doesn’t really matter.

Except the autoloaders on t series act as spall absorber, so unless its a direct hit to ammo you just make them unable to retaliate after they have a chance to take a shot at you. You shoot NATO mbt anywhere and they are crippled cus its gonna be engine+horizontal
They asked about turret basket. T tanks lack one outside of T90.
Hey, why is there no source listed or bug-report linked for this change?
Now, not to be confused in my intention, I was able to find a brochure for 2C6M1 myself listing the 34t figure, however I am not sure if it is identical to 2C6.
And i also believe this to appear as rather intransparent for a lot of people.
Spoiler: Related Brochure on 2C6M1
