The Dev Server is Opening with Major Update “Heavy Cavalry”! — 05.06.2026

1080p said there are no plans to add the Leopard 2A7A1.

There is no rule that Germany, USA and Russia must get new MBTs at the same time. This has not been the case.

Hey @Smin1080p_WT, sorry if this is repeated question, but is the developers stance on F-14D loadout final?

@Smin1080p_WT The Tornado GR.1 has a battle rating of 11.3 in both air and ground RB, which is apparently too low for it to have ARMs.

If that is the case then why does the Su-39 get a whole assortment of ARMs while also being BR 11.3 in both air and ground RB?

Before the Eurofighter Typhoon was added to the game, the explanation given was that Germany did not have a fighter equivalent to those available for other nations. As a result, Germany went almost an entire year without receiving a new top-tier jet. While many German mains were disappointed, at least that reasoning could be understood.

However, this ground vehicle update is a different situation. Gaijin clearly had the development resources to introduce four new M1 variants, and Germany also has contemporary counterparts available, such as the Leopard 2A7A1 and Leopard 2A8.

So my question is: what is the reason this time?

At this point, I am starting to feel that German vehicles are not being given the same level of attention as other nations. For example, the Leopard 2 PSO’s upper glacis composite armor still has not been corrected despite the existence of photographs and documentation supporting the issue.

I am not asking for Germany to receive special treatment. I am simply asking for a clear explanation as to why Germany received no new top-tier MBT in this update despite having viable candidates available.

This is a different platform in terms of capabilities as is ALARM.

Lots of nations have not received a “direct counterpart” all in this update. Not just Germany.

This is not something exclusive to Germany

10.0 GRB BR

surely not a that much a difference when compared to Su-22M3 at a whole 1.3 below Tornado GR.1 then?

You said “vehicles of that BR [11.3]”. Which implies that there is an 11.7 BR cut off below which aircraft should not receive ARMs? Is that not the case?

Also is ALARM going to receive its parachute? If not then it is likely going to be comparable (or inferior) in performance to the Soviet ARMs.

It also begs the question of why we haven’t seen the AS.37 Martel on platforms like the Buccaneer, when it is an ARM of limited capability, on a platform of limited capability.

In the context of supersonic aircraft like Tornados with ALARM and HARM.

Certain AGMs are considered for certain BRs and above yes.

This feature is not currently planned.

We fought so long to get these st*pid Tonkas down to 11.3, and now we cant even get AGM-88A because of the lower BR, what a classic…
Time to fight to get it up in BR…

Without this feature, these will prove strictly worse than their competition. Why do you lot consistently cut features from British armament that degrade otherwise adequate performance to substandard performance?

Sir, this does not actually answer my question. As you know, the US, Germany, and Russia have the most unique matchmaking mechanics in the game, which means these three nations should bear a greater responsibility for leading their teams to victory.
Therefore, in a sense, these three nations should indeed receive special treatment—for example, getting top-tier vehicles earlier than the other seven tech trees.
The data shows that Germany has the lowest win rate at top tier, so I believe it is both normal and necessary for Germany to be prioritized when it comes to receiving new vehicles.

Anyone documented the limitation of binding munitions to more than 4 Aim Points? This is a pretty bothersome limitation.

I have answered your question. You are basing your understanding on:

When they do not. There is no rule Germany must get something at the same time. The same has been the case for the other nations too in the past.

Soviet ARMs have proven particularly effective in my testing, with the only lacking munition being the kh25. If the parachute is neglected, ALARM will not be particularly comparable.

then why is the Su-22M3 at 10.0 with Kh-58 and 27?

Neither are anaemic ARMs
