The Dev Server is Opening with Major Update “Heavy Cavalry”! — 05.06.2026 (Dev Server is closed)

There’s no spesific day. It involves a lot of cross checks of information and translation to all relevant languages too. Its coming, thats all we can say for now.

The post itself and your quotes only (and directly) mention light vehicles, not other vehicles like main battle tanks. There is no mention of the Abrams or heavier vehicles. Can we expect improvements to repair times to counter or improve the longer repair times for vehicles given the added complexity these modules bring?

Edit 1: Light Vehicles and SPAAs.

Well clearly it’s sitting ignored then if the Gripen weight is going to get increased due to changes that are yet to be actually present on the aircraft? Doesn’t take that much effort to pull a couple of vertices out and adjust the textures accordingly - especially given this was reported before the textures were even on the aircraft…

Honestly tiring seeing things dangled on the dev server (and in official trailers…) like the F18’s IRST pod that we’ve still seen absolutely nothing about and then bugs being reported before the assets are even completed (so there is still ample time for adjustment), really makes it feel like there’s no point reporting any of these issues or hoping that there’ll be any sort of adjustment to things the moment they hit the live server until there is someone at Gaijin who is sufficiently invested.

Super Hornet is anemic in Simulator without any sort of IRST, Gripen is getting nerfed due to changes that aren’t on the aircraft ingame - making an already struggling aircraft to use for air to air even more difficult. What on earth is the logic behind this? Show trailers to generate hype and then give up as soon as possible?

Also, thank you for the reply. I do appreciate it.

If thats add on armor then why is that not modelled in game? ERA bricks on russian tanks are add on armor… tusk kits, track armor on shermans…

They were the priority vehicles to add. As we mentioned:

Because of this, in the future new modules will be added to other vehicles, with the highest priority being SAM/SPAA

Later articles in the series detail each progressive step: Responding To Dev Server Feedback Regarding Turret Baskets

At the moment, this isn’t planned. Though naturally we will be monitoring everything gameplay wise to check for any irregularities.

We know why…

@Smin1080p_WT

hi
Is there any chance for the spaa bug being fixed this update? Did a bug report about it at that time I was only playing the Spyder but it appears that it includes almost every spaa that has radar screen feature

Not only it breaks the things I have mentioned in the report but it also breaks atgm launches I have experienced it in the bmpt and khrizantema I couldn’t launch atgms at all except when I had a radar lock on the khrizantema after dying in the pantsir
It’s not only for me people on the Reddit have also been complaining about it

Another player encountering the bug using Dardo after dying in the otomatic :

Where did you get that info

DEv Server closes tomorrow. So, my best guess Friday ;-)

Nah, i have a feeling it will be Tuesday-Wednesday next week.

it’s never on Friday due to bug fixes that need to be pushed before weekend

It will be extended. There are an absolute ton of bugs still in the dev server, as well as missing things

I mean it could be extended through the weekend close Monday morning Drop Wednesday

Possibly longest DEV in history? As it was said earlier, there’s tons of bugs, unfinished additions, rebalancing or bug reports.

Where is France AM.39B Exocet missile?
Super-Etendard / Mirage 2000-5’s / Rafale F-3R (C and M variants)
(each aircraft also does have a radar with a Sea Mode)

It is a similar missile to AGM-84 and the already implemented ASM-1 and ASM-2 (on F-2A)

AS.37 AR

Other aircrafts have that possibility to use this missile:
Mirage IIIE

Jaguar A (identified by the “A” on the tail “A 154” ID of the aircraft)

A: No
B: No Developer with a working brain would release a Major Update on a Friday… (I know, Gaijin did in once, Ages ago…)

the ARMAT was mostly produced and used by Irakian forces,… and is pretty much a copy-cat of the AS.37 AR, and was created in order to secure the Mirage F.1EQ-4 // EQ-5 // EQ-6 contracts
they’re basically the same missile, but internal structure and some electronic part are different,… they have similar range and use.
