Ok let’s settle this once and for all. Could you tell us where exactly in the TOS/EULA it says that gaijin can advertise a sale and then change the terms of the sale midway without any warning to customers?

But they are the only way the community gets to interact with the company right? How else am I supposed to get an answer? CS gave me a generic answer that didn’t answer my question; I figured a community manager on a website dedicated for questions directed at that company is the way to get a response no?

why the pack even disappear? people literally sold vehicle on the marketplace with low prices to be able to purchase this and you telling me it disappeared when in fact it was 5 days sale !

What I don’t understand is no one is angry about the pack itself, or what it contains, no one feels it’s a ripoff (at least those that want to buy it), everyone is angry that we can’t buy, why prevent us from giving you money?

I only heard about the bundles today when i saw it on reddit. Advertising it as 5 days and then ending it instead after a day is scummy at best and clearly faild to be a joke

The pack was actually a good offer, but at this point that’s not what matters the most anymore. What matters the most is how gaijin just changed the deadline without any announcement or transparency, as if the packs never even existed. Like what Thenighthunter said, this has happened in the past, and huge drama sprung up from it. This is NOT ok.

What is this all about? This is a digital good so the usual supply constraints don’t apply, it is rather strange that gaijin turn down the money or they don’t want to fulfill the orders?

But,Even has been sold out,the purchase page of the above two vehicles still exists until the end of the planned deadline.
The sudden disappearance of the purchase page is unprecedented and unbelievable.
