I at least want to know if our complaints are being heard by the higher ups that actually made this decision, and for it to NEVER happen again. There have been good april fools deals in the past and none of this shady practice happened. It shouldn’t have been any different this time.
I had to sell stuff on the market to get GJD to buy the pack.
Now I sold stuff I didn’t want to sell for a lower price than I wanted. This cost me GJD.
(I could have sold stuff and bought it right away, but the timer made me believe I had time)
I only looked at the sale once. I made sure the buy button worked, that it was real item for sale.
Why would I think the timer was a lie? That is not a joke.
oh wow. When you listed this offer window as 6 days i assumed I have 6 days to buy it, because I presumed if I had only 1 day you would state that offers last for only 1 day.

I want to be compensated for being misled by shady business practices. They should make good on their promise and make the pack available as advertised.
They should learn from their mistake and improve, offer us a solution instead of just an apology.
It was probably just a mistake on their end that showed 6 days, I had a feeling it was going to be an April 1st only thing so I got it asap, Y’all shouldn’t be getting pissed at Stona or anyone else responding, They weren’t the ones who put it up and yet yall are getting mad at them for it. it should be closed at this point, keeping it open isn’t going to help with anything. If people really have a problem with it there is a customer support they can always talk to, not just yell on the forums lol

Okay answer this question. Why was there a indication that it’d be out for 5 days?
Now I want to know:
Why was I lied to?
Is it ok that Gajin’s lies cost me GJD?
Should I be compensated for the fees they made on the transactions?
Why should I suffer a loss for their mistake? (assuming it was a mistake and not malicious, that is yet undetermined)
I want the opportunity to buy the pack or my Gaijin market account made whole again. That is no too much to ask.
And mistakes should be made up for, as many people were going to buy it later because they saw the 5 day timer.
Why should Gaijin apologise to us for not wanting our money? I am sure they have enough already and don’t need anymore. They are a shining example to all those greedy companies out there!
And I think in the future Gaijin should go even further, limiting offers to just 1 minute and/or 1 buyer.
Imo people shouldn’t have waited if they wanted it. I saw the timer get reduced to less than a day after I bought it so I knew it wasn’t the 6 days like people initally thought.

Ok let’s settle this once and for all. Could you tell us where exactly in the TOS/EULA it says that gaijin can advertise a sale and then change the terms of the sale midway without any warning to customers?
wouldnt it make more sense to ask the support team directly rather than the forum admins? im guessing its not their department and they cant give you the answer you want
