If you can bear taking off a bit later and maybe going circles very far to backstab enemy, the plane might work. if not, well…
I don’t think it has maws though.
I think it’s fine at 13.0 though, even if the matchmaking is rough. I just wish they had added the Belgian F-16A that was apparently used to test magic IIs on though.
i think the PIDS also provide maws, unless im wrong
I have spent the last couple days spading the belgian F-16A running 4x AIM-9 + 2 countermeasures pylons empty and it didn’t give me anything maws related, just more countermeasures.
i absolutely agree, as much as it is a pain in the arse to fly it, id rather see one plane struggle rather than a whole BR range getting completely ruined so one jet can dominate!
ive been flying more and i actually got the hang of it now, once you get to late game its a blast to dogfight with

I AGREE. I AM BELGIAN MYSELF AND YES, THE CANOPY LOOKS LIKE PISS BUT STILL THAT DOESNT GIVE GAIJIN A REASON TO PUT IT AT 13.0. THE F16 IS ON ITSELF ALREADY BAD BC OF THE AWFUL MISSILES.
the missiles arent bad, theyre just inconsistent and the seeker is something ive never seen before, it sometimes straight up refuses to lock someone, even if im radar slaving them.
Im starting to believe some players are using third party software to prevent locks or something.
theyll probably say its hIsToRaCaLlY aCcUrAtE but still, doesnt give u a reason for missile s to not lock on to smth
F-16A does fine as is. It would be insanely overpowered at 12.7.

yeah i did the same and i had a few ppl saying something like:
“weird that i cant find your name on statshark or ingame”
and are trying to imply that you are bad at the game

Ah yea spot on, costs money though, not a fan
first change is free, I’ve also gotten free name changes after my first one either because gaijin is really bad at tracking this or because there is a time period and then it resets back to being free
either way I’ve changed my name like 4 times and only had to pay twice
