It’s not so much a gift as accepting they made a mistake.
This feels like people complaining that someone else won the lottery… only thing that should be done is that people that bought the battlepass levels should be refunded the GE but allowed to keep the levels.

How does a random glitch resulting in high levels of progress on battle pass constitute a fault on the player’s part?
I’m thinking free ice cream for all that got no boost would be a nice gesture . .
but that’s just me. . . . .

The player took the rewards himself, which was a direct use of the bug.

very sure most people got the bug only a little don’t so why not just give the little rest of people more Battlepass level?
I would love some free BP levels myself, however, I will not demand it. “Stuff” happens, sometimes it helps you, sometimes it hurts you. C’est la vie.

Guys, Stona already addressed this specific issue directly. No need to “debate” the rules any further for this specific situation:
Mine still has the the “glitch”…all I can do to keep the game going is to…re click and accept the rewards…will this corrupt my file or be penalized in any way? BTW I did not subscribe to the Battle Pass for this season
Only the people online during the 20 minutes or so that the bug was going on got affected if I’m understanding it correctly.
