I hadn’t heard about this — it’s really disappointing. I don’t think I’ll spend any money on the game for a while. I’ll probably just buy Battlefield 6 instead. If they treat us like this, we shouldn’t spend a single cent on them either. Maybe then they’d start thinking if they had no work left…
Idk but it’s been DAY 3, and Gaijin haven’t done any action at ALL.
Gaijin, let me tell you how to become prosperous:
- Focus most of your efforts on your most successful game—War Thunder. Enrich its content by adding more vehicles, maps, and gameplay modes, and constantly fix existing bugs.
- Value your core users—those players who are willing to spend money and time on your game.
Now let me tell you how to become poor:
- Pour most of your energy into other games while neglecting War Thunder—for example, failing to launch new gameplay, releasing a large number of reskinned vehicles with each update, and letting bugs pile up.
- Drive away the players who love your game and turn a deaf ear to their demands.
This is my advice to you. Just look at your peers—has there ever been a game company that doesn’t release an announcement, doesn’t apologize, and doesn’t offer compensation after a malicious bug occurs? Even if it’s the weekend right now? You should know that weekends are peak hours for players to be online! Don’t you feel ashamed?
To those players who accidentally obtained rewards through the bug, please stop making sarcastic remarks. You need to understand that the Battle Pass levels of us affected players were all earned by spending countless hours grinding, and we were looking forward to rewards that should only be obtained through hard work.
Additionally, please note this: if Gaijin fails to respond effectively, it will prove that this is an irresponsible company. If your own interests are harmed in the future, can you really expect Gaijin to respond with a positive attitude?
My friend contacted support and they told him he accepted the EULA, so he should stay quiet. Well, I say — fine, we accept it, but then you, dear friends, should also accept that you won’t be seeing any money from us
So basically, Gaijin may not have “broken their EULA,” but they broke EU consumer fairness rules by not addressing a bug that gave some players everything and left others ignored…? And hided the post of those who said the right thing.
Not only login count. Also this
Well said
im sorry what
The Gaijin has not responded to this error at all. Perhaps they are still enjoying their pleasant vacation.
thats def not fair u can buy everything in warbond shop
i hope they give us compensation cuz no one would be able to reach that at all and people have that much right now. that got the glitch.
We need Gaijin to respond actively.
they prob will compensate us tho cuz that affects alot of people that grind legit. and becuase alot of people claimed it and got free and almost a crap ton of stuff for free. it really does make it unfair
Im actually considering switching to wot and taking a break
Hopefully tomorrow, Monday, they will give us a clear explanation… If they are busy about the “Tusk force” update then I will understand how busy they are… BUT I wish they shall sort out an bigger issue right here…
I just want to say this so that everyone takes it into consideration (I’m not 100% certain on this but i am fairly certain i’ve seen this information elsewhere as well):
As far as i’m aware the DEV’s do not work on weekends and neither do the Community Managers (unless there is an actual emergency or something). If they are going to do anything or leave any response/announcement it is very likely going to be on Monday at the earliest and even then they will probably first need to read through everything, compile the communities opinions, sit down in a meeting and discuss it with the DEV’s before even announcing/answering anything.
It would be a good idea to pin this message or make it a separate topic, so that people can see that their issue is being heard, rather than simply ignored.
I’m confused. I’m aware of that, yet to me it sounds like you’re saying that you do in fact have multiple accounts:
And are exempt from the rule forbidding multiple accounts:
Am I misinterpreting what you said?
At this point just give this BP free to everyone. kinda unfair that people who abused a bug got to empty out the WB shop and get all the rewards. Especially the warbond shop part is quite annoying…
