I invested both significant time and real money into purchasing the advanced pass and paid to level up,specifically to sell them for a high price on the market,the entire value of my investment has been completely undermined by this bug. What was meant to be a rewarding pursuit for dedicated players now feels meaningless.
I expect appropriate compensation for this error. Until this matter is addressed fairly, I will not be spending another cent on War Thunder.

Good idea, but I would add to it. Add 1500 Battle Pass points to all players who have a Battle Pass, and also allow other players to add 1500 BP when purchasing following Battle Passes. Why is that? All those who received 600+ BP during the problem and received a clear signal that no one will take them away will most likely buy a Battle Pass. This will already have a negative impact on the value of the main reward on the market. Adding a level to everyone who has a Battle Pass or is just going to buy it will also bring income to Gaijin and, possibly, save reputation. If a player had +100 Battle Pass levels and did not use the bug, he will still receive compensation in the form of additional war bonds. Of course, not as much as bug users, but in any case, better than nothing.
