maybe later, as TRK MEM is quite diffiuclt, and im am focosing on grinding sweden. → wich is quite difficult, as a lone leopard 1a5 facing uptiers is not that easy, espeacially if it just one premnium to grind with

The numbers are a bit more skewed because of how often I used them as CAP/CAS in GRB.
I’m used to dogfighting at the deck while AA is trying to nip at my heels.
ARH hornets are separate issue since they face a different sort of enemies, but try to give the F/A-18A a chance.
Sideclimb to 8km, then gain speed and go to towm on the enemy.
Trust me, it wil lbe whole different world.

These comments and replies really aged well. Look at all ARH carrying aircraft at 12.0-12.7, only fucking one is American, fucking ONE, and it’s at 12.7. Yet, other nations get AIM-120 derivatives or other ARH missiles. Basically every nation in game gets these missiles starting at 12.0, EXCEPT America(Yes, I am a US main). This is a continuous problem with Gaijin implementing American tech. I’m not saying the AIM-7P is bad, but it would be nice to have access to this weaponry when everyone else has access to it, especially considering the U.S. invented the fucking technology.
Which aircraft is equipped with the AIM-120 at 12.0 ?

ARH missiles start at 12.7 with the AIM-54A being the sole ARH at that BR, with all other FOX3s starting at 13.0, not sure where you got 12.0 from

All ARH aircraft except the American F14 are at 13.0. including a few that should be 12.7 such as the Sea Harrier
The US along with all other nation get SARH missiles between 12.0-12.7, whilst the US does not have the strongest SARH aircraft at 12.0, they have some of the strongest at 12.3 and 12.7, with the notably under BRed F15 and probably the F18Cs.
So I truly have no idea what you are on about
The ONLY aircraft that have Aim-7P are the premium F18s, including the US one. The Aim-7P is directly responsible for these F18s being 12.7.

Aren’t the 7Ps literally just AIM 120 with a SARH seeker? At least that’s how it feels to me. Definitely a good long range missile just sadly locked to the hornet
