Team killer and abuse player

why not only in realistic but in simulator there are many team killers and abuse player (rascist) why player like this didnt got banned still free to play as her please ??? help me to enjoy this game from this issue …

They are regularly banned, look at the official “fair play” posts to see how many players have been banned for that month, note that they do not list EVERY ban but only the larger bans issued. The shorter bans (including the bans issued by the automatic system) aren’t listed.

They are two different offences with two different punishment systems, they do not stack.
Teamkillers get a full game ban and cannot play, offences in chat get a chat ban and cannot use chat but can still play. There is no reson to take away chat from someone that already cannot play the game, if the chat-ban however is longer than the teamkill ban then the chat ban can be (and sometimes is) applied retroactively.

There has to be a proper report made, using the in-game complaint system or the server replay function, for us to be able to do anything. A guide on how to create a correct report for each issue can be found here: (How to properly report players and contact Game Masters!). For teamkills that show up in the kill feed there is no need to report as there is an automated system that handles those. If the teamkill does not show up in kill feed (for example if it’s an intentional plane collision or a tank pushes someone into water) it has to be reported using the server replay report functionality on the main website. For offences in chat the in-game complaint system is used. The guide linked above explains it in more detail.

We do not punish on the request of players and all reports are handled in a predetermined order. We also cannot disclose if any actions have been taken due to privacy reasons.
