And let’s be honest, Japan received top SPAA much later than even Italy and Britain. They also have much more choice overall among the top ranks, while Japan has only one Toyota. And Japan, being one of the oldest nations in the game, gets everything last, such as MBTs, SPAAs, aircraft, and even sub tree.

its just a shame gaijin cant bring all nations up to a fair field around the same time and not in excess of 6 months to years later
they have the eurofighter but its radar is in a practical sense useless, A2G weaponry has been held back to be worthless and both countries have a mediocre SPAA for top tier
I repeat this is not a competition in my opinion the nations should all go up together and there is no point in slaughtering each other (all nations should be added the right counterparts without excluding anyone)

doesn’t that still only have a 10km range though? the Radar missile on the Type 81 has a 14km (I think the IR one dose too using terminal guidance from its IR/optical tracker, but that system is missing in game.

Just a quick question. Will there ever be any type of top/ close to top tier anti air premium ever coming to the game? I mean like designated anti air also so like missiles or radar assisted guns. Idk if this is the place to ask either but if there is a better place can someone tell me? Thanks

They add new vehicles or new mechanics, but they stretch out the addition over many years, and sometimes they just forget about it and pretend they never promised anything.

Multi vehicle systems which still have no means to defend itself against anything else, are way too big to be placed anywhere, and which at the end of the day will likely, somehow, not perform any better than the Pantsir.
The standard response to any complaint about CAS has been, “just pull a plane bro” for as long as long as I’ve been playing. So I thought your “just use a Tank” comment was gold, I’m going to have to start responding to every complaint, no matter how valid about SAM SPAAs with it.
I mean thats very much a nation issue. Russia kept the doctrine of self propelled anti air systems with auto-cannons (Altho’ more modern Pantsirs dont have 'em) whereas NATO went for a multi-vehicle approach. You could ask the military industry of your nation to design and create an all-in-one SPAA to have in a videogame tho.
Gaijin bends the rules whenever they feel like… eg.: Yak-141 and many other Projects.
They are in charge in reality in this game.
For playing this thing some games…it’s bad.
The radar see nothing or if the radar see something it’s too late.
The missiles just miss the target on purpose.
