The guys going high and slinging aim120’s 40-60km out are not hitting anyone and even then it’s rare I see people really trying that.

Yes, also since the EFT and F-15Es are faster, they can force defensive against enemies way sooner than whatever plane has the 77-1. Also since AIM-120 isn’t draggy as heck, the missile can actually maneuver for kills

they gonna try there hardest to get the r77-1 removed somehow as they have the best air to air in the game even after r77-1 gets added, it slows down when i launch it 50km-60km just to test if it hits

I’m way more worried about the insane HOB shots from the remaining SU’s and micas after furball is gone. And I want to repeat, I’m not good lol
I mean, amraams are way more dangerous than phoenix because of host data link.
Also most spamraam carriers lobs those 40km shots in space because currently (live, not dev server) most people stay relatively low compare to them because they can’t outclimb an F-15E or EFT and don’t have the appropriate missile to BVR (so Rafale and 27SM)

This graph speaks VOLUMES…against defending maneuvering targets the 120 is just better hands down! especially when launch platform speed is added in as well! and this is only at 20km!!!
