R-77-1 bleeds all its energy due to the even higher drag than the base R-77 has
yea u left out the part where R-77-1 also have more thrust and longer burn time so its going to be much better than R77, even surpassing aim120 for close and medium engagements

the R77-1 is better than the R77 ive had a hard time using the r77 in live, i cant get close enough to really use them without getting smacked by a 120 from space because i hug the ground to try surviving, R77-1 i feel more confident with so i can actually climb and use them

KH38s are only possible to be carried by SU30SM2 insteand of SM1, the firing control and carring capability on SM1 seems to be not compatible with KH38 and the pod.
yet the current SU30SM in the game also have the old engine and radar which should be upgraded when it becomes SM2 from SM1.
so maybe they would change its name into SU30SM2.
but yeah, this is just another buff to the already powerful CAS capability, why the f we need more

I think loadout drag in WT doesn’t have enough effect, not only do missiles have a almost negligible drag penalty, but huge external fuel tanks have the drag penalty of a needle.
So you get a hornet or a flanker with a full load of missiles and you still have decent top speed.
The worst are the AGM-65 Mavericks, a full rack of them has less drag penalty than a single little sidewinder.
