UPDATED: Option is back. You have to check “work in progress client”, it will auto download u version 2.41.0.21. Then u can turn it on. Thanks Gaijin!

Did anybody try DLSS more thoroughly?
I cant try it since I don’t have Nvidia GPU, so I have no idea whether or not it looks significantly better than FSR/XeSS.
Honestly, I don’t hold my breath for Gaijin to reenable TAA+SSAA combination, so I would like to know if it is worth it to take this into account during my next GPU upgrade and grab Nvidia gpu to be able to use DLSS.
Main issue I have with FSR/XeSS is added blur during motion and more importantly loss of detail and pixelation for distant objects.
So I would like to know if DLSS is better in this case.
Honestly, I don’t see the difference between DLSS and FSR. I play on TAA + SSAA x4. This is the most comfortable for me.

Well it WAS looking good. I was on this morning on the work in progress client. Had FSR and 4x SSAA on. Game looked phenomenal. I get on 10 mins ago and the same settings look like dogwater. Colors all washed out and so much grain on medium and far off objects. Whatever micropatch they did while I was off screwed it all up xD.
I’ve ditched the TAA and I’m using FSR at “Quality” (2nd highest) level. The image quality is better and I get at leat 15 % more performance. You can see for yourself by looking around in the aircraft hangar and focusing on the fences and the guard tower. Running everything maxed out with an 3440x1440 display on a 7900 XT.
I’m a bit dissapointed about Gaijin’s reaction to the bug reports etc. It turned out that it was just a question of not turning it on, but they made it sound like it’s no longer possible due to real technical reasons.

No it’s not. TXAA HQ was the good one. it’s still missing. The game looks so bad that i’m quiting over this.

Yes, the graphics got a lot worse, even going back to DX11 TAA+SSAA they don’t look the same anymore. The best one from my point of view without destroying performance is FSR but I have problems with errors that appear and the super blurry trees when they fall, it makes my head hurt. I don’t currently play ground battles.
i found the way around this shit. Use SSAA x4 and TSR. It will look like b4
