Firstly, there's the T-72M1M series of modernisations

  • T-72M1M (basic model), thermals, LWS, no ERA

  • T-72M1M (Arena), thermals, Kontakt-5, LWS and Arena APS

  • T-72M1M (Relikt), thermals, Relikt ERA, LWS, and optional Urban Warfare kit

The name T-72M1M has been used quite a few times for different T-72M1 modernisations with pretty different capabilities.

The T-72B modernisations

  • T-72B1MS, intermediate between the T-72B and T-72B3

  • T-72BM1, intermediate between the T-72B (1989) and T-72B3

  • T-72B2

  • T-72B3M (Arena), Arena APS

  • T-72B3M (1PN-96MT-02), 1PN-96MT-02 thermals instead of the Sosna-U.

All interesting tanks we could see in the future. Unlikely to see all of them, but definitely still future content there.

Maybe, its up to Gaijin but I think there’s a good chance of seeing it.

Black Eagle is 100% possible, there was a fully functional prototype made.

No doubt, some people do, i dont think the majority finds a small upgrade which leads to no gameolay difference in war thunder to be interesting, sure some of those are some degree of unique, and the t80bvm obr 2023 would undoubtedly be the best top tier russia, but they really shouldnt be added. At least not to the the main tt

No gaps to be filled there,

I can see the t80 with the 2a42 being fun and unique, the rest plays exactly the same as other vehicles

I think they should be added, Russia has just 2 mbts at 12.0 at the moment, only Italy is worse with amv being the only tank at 12.0
