It is not a fact that it is based on the model T-72 (2025)…Maybe based on the model 2025…He also has T-90 rinks…

Is this tank good in irl, how does arena work against drones?

Supposedly the system fairs well against all
air targets like missiles, drones, etc. It’s been highlighted to be able to hit top attack munitions like Javelin ATGM’s. Not known to do anything versus KE munitions as far as I’m aware. I only say supposedly because the main specifications are classified.

In-game this tank would be very good, almost exactly the same as the T-72B3 in-game but with APS.

They should add an upgradable option like the UBH kit to install on the 72-b3, does the new version of 72b3 come with relikt armor on the frontal plate or is still the K-5?

I would like to see an upgrade 72br3 tank, by the way I read somewhere that the 90m had a reverse speed of up to 10km is that true?

Since this is quite a drastic change with the APS it’s unlikely it would become a modification. Typically mods usually remove around armor modules/anti-mine armor. It still comes with K-5 but a newer version of the T-72B3A could come with Relikt. There’s already production T-72B3 obr. 2025’s with Relikt ERA on the UFP and K-1 on the LFP. No reason to not see a obr. 2025 with Arena-M. This one does have the ERA above the front quarters (above the tracks) like the T-90M but the UFP is still K-5.

Idk the facts behind it, I think there was a T-90M tested with a new transmission but production T-90M’s retain the ~5km/h reverse speed.

Thanks for the update, it would nice to see the 72-B3A with relikt front plate, what about the spall liners are they installed in it as well? We could potentially use it as a third reliable option in combination with 90m and 80bvm.

That I couldn’t tell you. As far as I’m aware it’s still the same as the T-72B3/T-72B3M with no liner. If I get more information, I’ll definitely share.

The T-72B3A would definitely be a BR 12.0 vehicle. Honestly the T-72B3 in-game performs pretty well and I use it as an option in my T-90M/T-80BVM lineup as it is. With Arena-M that just makes it even better.

This could be very much one with Relikt ERA judging by the frontal cover of tracks (identical to T-90M. Now it could be just same casing and inside is Kontact V tho)

Here’s a comparison of the T-72B3 with Relikt:

I think the track wells use Relikt but the UFP is K-5 still however, we’ll likely see the T-72B3A with the T-90M-style UFP soon.

What do you think about bvm 2022 model it should have at least 25km reverse speed?

Is there a better image of this?

This foldered with the T-72B3 while the T-90M with APS foldered with T-90M. Russia have an abundance of top tier vehicles so would be great if added +1

Before they added that, we do already have options to try out RU style vehicles with great reverse speed, that’s Chinese MBT2000 and their 12.0s, they are the closest things to the RU counterpart in terms of size, FCS and slightly worse armor profile.

The object 021 exists

Very true but they are all in the Chinese tech tree and I did not research it. It will take a long time for me to get the crew levels up at a high enough level to be competitive. Perhaps they might add the Burlak as a squadron vehicle next update?
