Am I the only one who thinks that Sweden should have more vehicles in the tech tree? (Specifically ground). In the newest update they only recieved a premium t-50 and a squadron Gripen. Not a single tech tree vehicle, which I think is a shame because Sweden has so much potential to expand its tech tree yet Gaijin doesn’t care. Altough in the former update, Sweden only recieved an SPAA, the Gripen E and J30. Not really much but I believe it’s need to be more than that.

Sweden is definitely one of the more bare-bones TT in the game right now, both Ground and Air. But compared to Israel it is still in a far better place. For starters it has Rank I-III (And fun on those ranks too), and if you don’t count copies then suddenly Israel ground can basically be counted on 2 hands.
That being said, I was very upset when I saw that Niki was made a premium. Very few unique Finnish vehicles

If you want to create a suggestion for vehicle additions you can do so in the suggestion section here on the forum. That section is however pre-moderated and only posts that follow their rules and guidelines will get posted and it can take a couple of weeks for a post to get reviewed for publication. If it gets accepted and made public it then has a chance to get sent to the developers as a suggestion later on.
You can also look through that section and upvote things that you would like see added to the game to give those things more visibility.

Been playing lower BR Sweden GRB recently.
Wow is it lacking in spaa useful for shooting down CAS. IMO one of the worst TT for that.

Also, “being passed to the developers” isn’t the end of it, nor a guarantee that your suggestion will be added to the game. The Devs keep final say over whether or not something is worth being added, or if they’ll just ignore the suggestion. If the latter happens, we currently have no way of knowing if it happened either.

It’s odd that they don’t get much given that the tree is treated more as a united Scandi tree with Norway and Denmark included along with Finland.
Idk Denmark is yet to be confirmed as a subtree. I don’t think it should go anywhere else given irl we are a member of NORDEFCO and cooperate quite a bit but until it’s properly confirmed it’s more like a Norwegian, Finnish, and Swedish tree than a proper Nordic tree
Sweden does not just Lack vehicles, they lack the whole scandanavian SubTT to be implemented.

I wouldn’t say that, they have quite a few, but I’d rather see gaps be focused on rather than fluff if I’m being honest, like SPAA or a 5.x fighter, also an entire rework of their air tree.

yup, Including the addition of swedish naval forces, rebalancing some vehicles, adding some more event swedish vehicles, bp, or just TT straightup for filling gaps as u also mentioned.
Events/BP are a double edged sword, I personally hate fomo so nty

The issue with Swedish naval forces, while they would be amazing, is that you either have to put all big-gun ships in the coastal tree (including the ocean-going cruisers), or have a reverse Israel situation where the TT can’t go beyond Rank III-IV.
Not technically they have quite a lot but it’s mostly just coastal, besides it would just be a small blue water that has a lineup, it just wouldn’t be at the current top tier as everyone else which is fine. It’s still the best nation when it comes to a viable naval fleet out of the current nations that lack a naval tree.
Yeah, I meant bluewater TT. They just don’t have enough to fill that up.
Coastal they are fine, of course.
I’d say they do have enough to at least have a Bluewater, especially with all the Nordic nations.
