I believe it’s fine to use that one because it’s over 30 years old. Unless I’m misremembering, there’s been many more cases of “export restricted” (unclassified) documents used when over 30 years old.
But I don’t think I’ve ever read an official statement about it, so I would double check. But since Gaijin themselves used it, I can only assume it’s a valid source to use.
EDIT: after some looking around, it may actually not apply to export restricted documents. So if it clearly does state export restricted then no. Though documents that say something like “distribution limited to …” are fine after 30 years.
BRU-61 sources are amazing

I have this for USSR… will this also be taken into account or i need to open a ticket with USSR tag?
Mr Game Master, i found documents :D But has literally all data on russian bombs…
File was way too big…
if even a feature to have in game, enable it ONLY for strike/attacker designated aircraft IMO
No,
Every aircraft that has its ordinance on a ejector rail should get it

Is the BRU-46 / BRU-47 a ejector rail?
If not it isn’t relevant to this thread.
Edit:
After searching them up it seems like they are ejector rails.
Iam gonna look into it in a bit.

Hell nah. let there be a sliver of a reason to fly certain strike aircraft> fighters😎
Just FYI:
So be careful with how you use those.

My bad, the “unlimited” mention in the documents made me think they were okay, I’ll delete my message
They might be, i did a brief search but couldn’t at first glance find any information on what the “Unlimited” part means.

I can’t seem to find it either. Though there are .pdfs published by NATO that have the designation.
The definition of Unclassified for NATO;
Material marked NATO UNCLASSIFIED is managed and owned by NATO. The first part, ‘NATO,’ refers to the ownership, while ‘UNCLASSIFIED’ is the level of security marking. Unclassified information should only be used for official purposes, and not be released without authorization nor published online. This marking can seem somewhat contradictory to those outside the organization. NATO UNCLASSIFIED can be understood as similar to copyright protection, where the information constitutes NATO’s intellectual property.
So if released by NATO, it should be okay? Though I can’t find any source for that “Unlimited” term. I’ll keep looking.
Unlimited usually just means that there are no export restrictions.
Seems to be the case, though that is a U.S. Army designation so NATO might have a different definition perhaps.
I’ll ask someone who might know more.
Found that as well, but “freely available” doesn’t mean “free to share” per say.
I think it should be removed as a game mechanic.
Besides realism…
This is a game where zeros can pull 12g without issue after all.
Okay so, Update:
“NATO Unclassified/Unlimited” does NOT mean that it’s free to share, it can still have export restrictions placed on it.
Do I delete my screenshots then?
