It literally has an ITR close to 35~ degrees per second ingame.

Yep, in sims, its probably better, as flanker was but now, in air rb its pain.

I’m still wondering what clicked with the devs that they decided to fix the flanker FM.
It’s also kinda funny that the 27sm entered with 10km HMD, 6 R-77, old engines and a bad FM… 6 months later it’s a completely different plane lol, they just need to fix the IRST and radar scan pattern and it might actually become good.

It’s definitely better than before, but they kinda just brute-force fixed the FM without evaluating what was actually wrong with it in the first place. Now it seems like the Flanker slighty overpeforms in supersonic energy retention.
Oh well, it’s probably the best that we’ll get… Given the limitations.

i can confirm the r73 still mostly spins
thrust is likely over performing, they are probably still compensating it with extra drag but now less than before. They just decided that 0.4G underperformance at low speed was not really “close enough” given the massive impact it has on SEP but didn’t want to keep editing stuff to fix higher speeds (or they may have chosen to deliberately keep it over performing a bit since it’s still one of the weakest top tier aircraft).

There was a massive wave of feedback on the Russian forum once they discovered they were using a prototype Su-27 manual with erroneous data in favor of the Su-27SK one.

guys found it was close to prototype specs which also caused project’s overhaul due to it not being competent to some NATO jets. then original 27 appeared

It’s not even T-10S btw, but T-10.
And they trusted that would bring more accurate flight performance than the actual Su-27S flight manual.

This is kinda sad because it somehow means that they have 0 initiative and will just change stuff when they get absolute shitted on, much like when they got review bombed and had to improve the economy.
That’s something to consider in the future when they make the same mistakes again which y’all know they will…
