From the dev blog. Hard to see (there’s a better angle screenshot, but quality is too bad), but it does look like wing sensor of L-150 (at least it the same as with Su-27SM)

it’s a blurry img and no background, it is hard to judge from a phone screen

The LE is tilted down and the wing is folded.According to these parameters, it is already possible to understand that this is a real photo. Ok

The JF-17 originated from the Super-7 program yes but the entire thing was overhauled and shared ZERO commonality with the MiG-21 outside of the cannon and other basic things.
It’s like calling the A-7K and F-14B the same due to them sharing the same weapon.
More akin to calling the F3D and F-4S the same because they share lineage.

I assume you mean the flaps don’t deploy even though you’re holding your aileron key for some reason.
