It over performs. The whole point of the report is that it over performs pulling little (accelerating), and underperforms when pulling hard.
I have had basically 4 interactions with you over 3 years. And 3 of them are basically in the last few months since you have gone around trying to be the subject matter expert on the state of sim.

Both the N001 and N011 are PESAs.
N001 is Cassegrain antenna… N011 is slotted array from Su-27M… Su-30MKK, MK2, M2 use N001V(EP)
PESA is N011M that’s used by Su-30SM, MKI, MKM.

Which doesn’t exclude it from being a PESA? You understand that phased arrays can consist of many different antenna designs and methodology, right?
Again, the aperture does not define whether the radar is or isn’t a PESA.
