Thanks for the manual. According to the chart thrust seems to be slightly overperforming at lower speeds but difference is only 100kgf per engine, too little to cause any relevant discrepancy (chart indicates 112000 KN, 112000/9.81 = 11400kgf

That’s unless the engine chart above doesn’t account all the thrust losses in the aircraft (there was a similar chart on the MiG-29 manual that indicated thrust for the singular engine that did not account for the thrust loss of the engine in the aircraft, which was accounted in another chart)

It would solve any issue with the flanker

Well it’s more of an Su-33 that was strikealized for ground bombing and target suppression, I think it should go right after the Su-33 when it comes into the game since it carries fox 3s and R73s compared to the only R27s and R73s of the Su-33. The Su-33UB is an Flanker-D on steroids

Probably. I think if we don’t see major improvement by the December update then the flankers are done for. That’s why I started grinding France recently. I can do well in the SM but it really isn’t fun when you’re outmatched in pretty much all aspects.

Anyway aside from dying inside from the gimped Flanker FM.

Does anyone have data on the Su-34?

More specifically about it’s targeting system, like the zoom and if it has thermals like the SM3.
Also can the 34 carry Kh-38MTs?

I’m sure LATER models had stuff like this, since it did come out during the immediate Post-Soviet Era, but all I can find on the most trustworthy unbiased and informative source in the world (wikipedia) only has the original Su-34 loadout and I couldn’t find anything on optics
