Here’s an amazing clip of me and my friend doing a sim dogfight in the 27SM with R-73s.
I cut out all the VC, but I lost him and yelped like a girl when I found him.
I also had to cut it in two to make it fit on the forums. :p

Also those first two R-73s really are a testament to how floppy they are.
That’s also the reason why I like to put a guy next to each model I make for scale

Man I ever since I became member of IASM I forgot how wt’s Rita actually sound like.
He’s Rita VWS feels much more authentic and real tbh just like other VWS he made.

It did, but it was for engine tests. I don’t think airframe would be in any long term operational shape, you can even see reinforcing struts on the bottom

Even just a regular Su-27M would be a welcome addition. It has some interesting quirks if you collect all of the hardware between prototypes into one “what if” version
