Ah I see, I was coping that they would change the color during the weekend of closed dev.
No more pylons is nice though, better late than never.
Hm, it seems that new rewards mechanc doesn’t work very well, i just saw a J-15T ejecting mere second before my missile hit him, and it showed that he J out in the kill feed

bro did they edit the r-73? basically impossible to get a lock on non afterburning targets.
first noticed it in game by trying to lock onto f-14s which usually have the heat signature of the sun even while off afterburner, but it’s almost impossible to lock them until below 3km

Think I might be able to cook up something devious to kill off airfield campers now that ARMs are in. Main AF is like 3 or 4 ITOs right? Bring 4-6 KH-31PDs along with 1 R-27ET or KH-38MT and a bait friend to get them to activate the ITO tracking radars. Then blow away their airfield defenses and rush in or launch that long range ET.

I feel like the ESM function/screen feels a wee bit fictional without the Khibiniy pods. Especially so on the Su-25s, whatever they call the jammer pod it has.
L-150 is capable of basic ESM iirc. Khibiny will just make it much better

ECM is most likely gonna hit War Thunder at the end of the year, so you will get your cool pods in due time. Right now taking away 2 weapon stations just for the basic feature that already exists with current equipment seems a bit biased to me (watch Luque jumping here and saying that Russian jets should not have ESM at all)
what if, it comes with a more accurate ESM tracking like range markers or etc
