Yeah IRL you cant even get a tone when its turning into you because the wing covers the exhaust.
But in game the sun draws its heat from the Harrier.

yeah, it’s quite annoying at high altitude/on the deck… at medium alt it’s whatever though
Pretty much medium altitude is where this thing stays. I’ve had very bad results playing this plane recently. Might be down to a skill issue as I’ve seen others do really well often in it.
Sucks at tree hugging because its massive and the rwr is dead from above
At long range bvr it gets mogged by typhoons and amraams are better at range (and they loft hard now ??)
Had some success with ERs at over 80km. Also what the hell did they buff the amraams? I’ve had them loft and attack from above when I was at like 10km altitude and the rwr was dead weight
yeah… whenever I play any aircraft with l-150 (usually 27sm) , I am constantly rolling cause otherwise, you won’t get warnings. I recommend just dutch rolling constantly. That way, you will be able to be adequately warned of threats
