One thing I know for sure is that the cameraman’s camera quailty is crisp as hell, that’s some quality footage.

Upon fruther inspection J-16 actually has a “unique” tail design. It is an Su-27M style tail with taller and narrower rudder than Su-27/J-11, but it has an angled tip design from Su-27 tail
You speak as if the electronics (I guess meaning ESM, EW…) of all other current top tier aren’t just as “flawed” as of now.
Plus, the J16 will bring a slightly better FM and more countermeasures than the J15T, so it’s going to be a solid top tier for China now, even if it probably won’t be the best of them
Will have to wait for the dev server datamines for that I’m afraid.
Weight figures for the J-16 are not as clear as you would think, and the engines (despite having the newer nozzle in the teaser) might not differ from the J-15T ones in terms of output.
Though I agree that if it has the same missile kit as the J-15 and 96 CM’s, it will be a more viable option.
J15T is, by far, the worst case we have in the game rn
Mostly because of the CM count to be fair. The J16 should hopefully make things much more manageable
