The one for Su-34E lists Mach 1.45 and 1100 kph with 4x air to air missiles (and 4x air to air missiles, which judging by the other one probably are 2x R-73 + 2x R-77, don’t have that much impact on speed; Certainly won’t make you go from 1450 or 1400 kph to 1100 kph …)
That makes sense. A 4th gen aircraft not being able to go beyond 1100 kph on deck with such powerful engines on afterburner is just crazy lol.
Different images showing the same 1100 figure with and without payload installed on it further corroborates with it being just the indicated speed.
No it actually makes sense since it’s a huge and draggy airframe.
Su-30 variants have a max speed of 1350 kph on the deck with less draggy airframe, and even Su-35 with even less draggy airframe and higher thrust engines has a max speed of 1400 kph on the deck.
And that’s assuming that the speed limit is due to drag/thrust rather than due to structural limit and buffeting or loss of control etc …

Su-34E is listed to have 1100 max speed on the deck without external stores on the UAC website.
It’s listed to have 1100 max speed on the deck with 4x AAMs (most likely 2x R-73 + 2x R-77 based on the other picture and common sense).

I could be wrong, but i don’t remember a single 2nd or 3rd gen aircraft (much worse airframes) that had afterburners and couldn’t reach such speed, like it’s just too absurd, the design must be so flawed to not be able to do that it’s not even funny…
I’m not saying it’s impossible but we had some sources supposedly contradicting themselves (1400 x 1100) and now there’s this document showing that it’s the indicated speed, that mixed with a bit of common sense makes me inclined to believe that this confusion was pretty much solved… But let’s see what the devs will say anyway.
IIRC the su-32 is for the su-34 what the t-10 is for the su-27, i’d be really surprised if the fullback is just THAT worse…
The funny thing is that such draggy and huge bomber with relative lower T/W is reaching speeds as high as things like Typhoon, Rafale and F-15 on the deck …

Su-32 was supposed to be the original export Su-34, but for some reason the designation was changed to Su-34E later.
I’m not sure what the difference is, but the Su-32 designation alone can be indicative of older information or perhaps a slightly different airframe.
Either way, the authenticity of the document is not clear …
Well it doesn’t exactly reach phenomenal speeds on deck but the mig25 is prolly aviation’s biggest boat of all time and, well, it goes crazy at high altitude…

The thing its like 3.5 tons heavy than the Su-30sm but it have better engine. Take a kit full of R-27ER that its almost 2 tons and check the speed.

Cross sectional area is one the main factors that affects drag.
Just look how “chonky” the Su-34 is compared to the two other aircrafts.
The engines are barely more powerful than Su-30SM, and they are weaker than Su-35.
