SMT can, 34 theoretically yes but i think it would be the same situation as the 9.13 with the r27er, not sure tho
Dont need to add newer stuff to the SMT, after theyve fleshed out the SU line more they can go back snd add some stuff, maybe MiG-29M premium and MiG-29K/MiG-35 tech tree.
But id like a way for them to add all the ordinance these aircraft are capable of using. Even if the Grom-1 is quite strong id like to see it because it would open up some opportunities in sim that USSR tree simply hasn’t had access to until these more modernized machines. Su-30SM and onwards will truly be the staple of Soviet tech tree multi-role.

I personally wouldn’t mind if the Su-34 got the R-77-1, at least it would be able to defend itself a bit better on bombing/CAS runs
Mig-29SMT would be nice if it got the R-77-1, considering how the FM feels very sluggish compared to other tree contemporaries

You seem to be right but why wasn’t horizontal limit extended to ±80 from ±70 if electrical steering was upgraded from ±40 to ±45. Either a typo or something else.

Su30 Will be absolute insane, i believe they are going to remove These r-77-1 unless If the improvement over the og r77 really isn’t that significant (like 10km more range or so)

Love the Sukhoi but it is not fair they get the first thrust vectoring when IRL there was a plane doing it a few decades before. (Harrier)
The Harrier is lacking in every performance metric and now they give the Sukhois and Migs the first thrust vectoring
