Sukhoi Su-27/30/33/35/37 Flanker series & Su-34 Fullback - History, Design, Performance & Dissection (Part 1)

watch people start to call the su30sm a UFO or that it is “too good” and ended up being nerfed by gaijin (the same thing that happened with the mig 29 and the su27) lol

I wonder if gaijin is fixing the G limiters

for heavy fighters to have some real advantage (finally)

tbh one thing that i took from karma videos is that, flying at 5000m really works and helps the su27 a lot, just gotta avoid the first wave of aim120s and you are pretty much alone at that alt to do whatever you want

Can the su-30sm still carry r27er/r27r?

This was my last battle with Su-27SM. Most kills by R-27ET.

Yes.

It’s the base AL-31F.

Yes, and 27T/ET also

Does it carry any of the r27et’s with the updated ukranian seekerheads?

look at the bar.

yo guys, about 4 years ago I saw the news that the su30sm would receive Irbis E and AL-41F engines, can anyone confirm if this happened in later batches?

its a TVC on/off button basically

Nice :D, do you happen to know if the nozzles require their own key bindings tho?

it looks like the su30sm2 already got the al-41, not sure how many of them

It’s only Su-30SM2 that uses AL-41F. No Su-30 has Irbis sadly, the 30SM2 has same radar as 30SM, but upgraded
