It seems to be overperforming at supersonic speeds due to thrust being exaggerated
I mean compared to original F-15E flight model everyone lacked top tier lol. Compared to current iteration only Germany was “desperate”. Before the buff the Gripen (maybe not the UK one but definitely the Italian and Swedish one), M2K and J-10 were all better than the 27sm

I didn’t know that Oswald’s efficiency was at 0.47. Isn’t that variable for the Flanker supposed to be between 0.67 and 0.71?
I think the ingame Oswald Coefficient do not correspond to the real Oswald Coefficient, in war thunder it’s a parameter entirely made up by gaijin

Which is a Squadron vehicle that takes months to unlock for free, Meanwhile tech tree fighter line was neglected patch after patch.
Im glad we finally got Rafale and EFT but doesnt change the fact that Russia could’ve recieve something similiar.

Irrc Su-27SM3 also carries Ibris radar along with AL-31FM1s

Kitsune is correct sm3 doesn’t get irbis e, that’s exclusive to the su-30sm2 and the su-35 if i’m not mistaken… Current war thunder SM is almost a SM3
Btw what does it lack before we can start calling it SM3? I think it got all of the SM3 improvements didn’t it?
From Su-27SM3 suggestion:
R-77 double rails do not count. Although since they are pretty much fictional for both versions it’s effectively an SM3

Why ?? If nothing. With the Rafale that we got in game. Even the Su-35S should be fine. And if we get a Su-30sm it should be the SM2. Or we will get a second Su-27sm case on RU tree… Another mediocre model and like you said it has about the same thrust. At least SM2 use Su-35s engine.

yea that its the sad part.
why, the 30sm is pretty damn good. we really dont need stuff like the irbis yet, or the r37m on a platfrom like that. it still gets the bars, tvc as far as i know, and decent missile options.
they gave the rafale an aesa radar but if it comes to funcionality its basically the exact same as the su34 which has a pesa radar. irbis wont add anything new over the bars aside from just being better (while the bars should be good enough)
Not even close, su-30sm would have the best radar ingame if added this update.
How when Rafale has an AESA radar?. and Irisb on Su-35s its PESA.
