It’s Very good for the Air RB meta, Just like the fulcrum was, but that’s not the issue. RN they are nerfing its FM and the f15 one got overbuffed, it’s unrealistic.

This is more than the su27 and mig29. They do the same shit with the new leopard 2a7 and other tanks
we are talking about the fm, not the weapons, yes the weapons are great, the fm isnt going to be cause gaijin doesnt want that for some reason

The F-15 will be significantly nerfed as it is currently significantly overperforming. No big deal.

it’s pretty obvious why they don’t, because having one plane that out-everythings all other planes in the game means no one else is going to play any other plane
when the F-14A was outperforming everything in every way it became basically the only plane you saw
thats more like american main skill issue that cant fly low to avoid any radar missile.
also, is that you with negative KD per battle in your f16? Don’t try to talk -might be the player behind the joystick- when you don’t even have any experience playing top tier lol im pretty average but at least i play top tier.

If the plane Will cause trouble to the point of needing unrealistic nerfs to keep the game balanced then It shouldn’t be added, simple.

My last Hope on war thunder top tier is the fox3s missiles, i strongly believe that when they add both amraams and r77 they’ll fix a Lot of fms that are overperforming

It disgusts me to see a vehicle working in a completely different way that It worked IRL, If we were to just care about “balance” and completely forget about accurate models then why don’t every plane has the same characteristics? That would be the callofdutyzation of war thunder. So yes, I prefer the plane not to be added until they can properly balance while being realistic by adding a decent counterpart that can actually do the job without being a scifi vehicle.

It’s the rule that was formed after they added the f14 my guy, everyone flies low = avoids any radar missile, simple and easy, if you don’t do that and ended up dying to radar missiles, that’s your problem.
i never said for example that i wanted the f15 to come without the aim120A, i couldnt care less if the f15 was added with that, i would still fly low and avoid any radar missile, my point was related to the fm of the su27 being nerfed like crazy while i saw in the f15 thread that the f15 is overperforming rn in some areas (i can be wrong about that but thats what i saw last time i checked)
I don’t see how this squabble is still relevant to the thread. Unlucky is asking for the aircraft to be brought back to the performance outlined in the manuals and you are heckling him because it happens to be “OP”. You are the issue, please refrain from derailing the thread just because you disagree with a historical inaccuracy.
