It is simple enough to compare the charts and see how they perform. The Su-27’s FM was buffed, the F-15’s was also adjusted slightly (fixing overload issues allegedly). I need to look at the datamine.
Once they are live I will look further into them, I think maybe BBCRF is on another witch hunt that will convince people it is underperforming in some way that it is not. The devs are very wise imo.

The FM SU-27 is disgusting. It’s anything but a Su-27,In addition to STR, there are other criteria such as acceleration, loss of height for a coup, rate of climb, stability and controllability

The Su-27 should be much better at low speeds. Advantage over F-15 up to 5 degrees/s

Bad example.
The Su-27 there configured completely incorrectly.
And F-15 overperfoming.
The game engine itself in DCS is also much worse.
