Make sure to follow all the Rules, Guidelines when making a suggestion.
Here is the code for a basic Yes/No poll (all you need to do it copy this and change the TITLE to the name of your suggestion):

When creating a post you can go to the top right and click the gear to find the Build Poll option.
This window will open up and then click on the gear on the bottom right to open more options.
Once you click on the gear more options will appear and make sure to fill out the options correctly with your suggest.
