The Chieftain 900 is a highly requested vehicle from our extensive export catalogue that, while not being a ‘real service vehicle’, represents our domestic tank building industry and capabilities. Export catalogue vehicles also make up a significant part of other in-game tech trees, too.
It’s also not a mockup. It’s a fully functional prototype/demonstrator with mockup armour. Very important difference.

I’d personally prefer a seperate Commonwealth tree and actually add more British vehicles to the British tree. They have enough to become one of the “big 3”.
It also means Commonwealth players actually have all their vehicles in one place. I don’t even care if Gaijin keep the squadron Aussie Abrams in the US tree or Canadian Leopards in the German tree, provided they make them available in a Commonwealth tree.
